Gemma
Hello! I'm Gemma, a 26-year-old fitness enthusiast, devoted mum, and certified personal trainer with five years of experience helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. From a young age, I've always been passionate about health and fitness, finding joy and fulfilment in leading an active lifestyle. My favourite sports are netball and league tag, which not only keep me fit but also fuel my competitive spirit and teamwork skills. As a dedicated personal trainer, I strive to inspire and motivate my clients to reach their fullest potential, tailoring programs to fit their unique needs and aspirations. Balancing my role as a mum and a fitness professional, I understand the challenges of maintaining a healthy lifestyle amidst a busy schedule. My goal is to make fitness accessible, enjoyable, and a natural part of everyday life for everyone I work with. One of my greatest joys is watching kids train and grow into loving fitness, not only for the physical benefits but also for the fun and social connections it brings. Seeing young people develop a passion for staying active and enjoying the camaraderie of sports is incredibly rewarding. Let's embark on this fitness journey together and achieve great things!
Paige
Paige is a trail running athlete and grew up in Stanwell Park. She has won some of Australia's most competitive races including Ultra Trail Australia, Buffalo Stampede and Ultra Trail Kosciuszko. Paige found the sport while in recruit training for the Royal Australian Air Force where she also developed a keen interest in human movement. She left the RAAF to pursue university studies beginning a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at the University of Wollongong before transferring to the University of Nevada, Reno in the US to compete in NCAA Division 1 track and cross country. During her final year of study, Paige was able to complete an internship with the strength and conditioning department for the university's olympic sports teams and undertake an independent research project on the physiological and biomechanical assessment of distance runners. Paige was an active member of Coalcliff Surf Life Saving club from 2006 to 2017 and this year volunteered with an adaptive kids ski program in the US.
