PrimaryFIT

StrengthFIT

primaryFIT has been designed for the primary school student in years 4, 5 and 6. Students will learn how to safely and correctly incorporate resistance (weight) training into their weekly activity. Classes focus on improving the overall physical literacy of the primary student through structured group circuit style sessions that target the six primal movement patterns of a human being. Class structure includes a warm up followed by a period of instruction, revision and technique evaluation. The class then moves into the circuit session proper after which an educational, yet physical, challenge concludes the class prior to a full coach led warm down.

strengthFIT has been designed as a dedicated resistance training session for students of all ages. With a coach to student ratio of 1:6 this class focuses on the instruction and development of the students strength training using suitable levels of resistance (weights). Each session will develop the strength of the student through the use of free weights whilst under the watchful eye of a coach.

CircuitFIT

circuitFIT has been designed for the high school student in years 7-12. Students will learn how to safely and correctly incorporate resistance (weight) training into their weekly activity.  Classes focus on improving the overall physical literacy of the high school student through structured group circuit style sessions that target the six primal movement patterns of a human being.   Class structure includes a warm up followed by an period of instruction, revision and technique evaluation.  The class then moves into the circuit session proper after which an educational, yet physical, challenge concludes the class prior to a full coach led warm down.

RunFIT

BallFIT

runFIT is designed for the student who wishes to improve in the area of middle
to long distance running. This class has two sessions per week. It incorporates
a gym based strength and conditioning component on a Monday night as well
as outdoor sessions that will develop the skills and fitness required of a young
athlete.

ballFIT is tailored for young athletes looking to gain a competitive edge in their chosen sport. This class focuses on enhancing key performance areas such as speed, agility, power, acceleration, jumping, balance, strength, and coordination. By improving these skills, participants can not only boost their performance on the field or court, but also significantly reduce their risk of injury. This is done by working on any imbalances within the body and improving the athlete's ability to safely absorb and reproduce forces. Cost is $200 for the term if paying in full in one installment or $21.50 per week if paying by approved direct debit.

KidsFit

kidFIT has been designed for the primary school student in years 1, 2 and 3.
Students will learn how to safely and correctly incorporate resistance training
into their weekly activity. Classes focus on improving the overall physical
literacy of the younger primary student through structured group circuit style
sessions that target the six primal movement patterns of a human being. Class
structure includes a warm up followed by a period of instruction, revision and
technique evaluation. The class will then move onto a functional movement
based game before moving onto the circuit session proper after which an
educational, yet physical, challenge concludes the class prior to a full coach led
warm down.
