primaryFIT has been designed for the primary school student in years 4, 5 and 6. Students will learn how to safely and correctly incorporate resistance (weight) training into their weekly activity. Classes focus on improving the overall physical literacy of the primary student through structured group circuit style sessions that target the six primal movement patterns of a human being. Class structure includes a warm up followed by a period of instruction, revision and technique evaluation. The class then moves into the circuit session proper after which an educational, yet physical, challenge concludes the class prior to a full coach led warm down.

youthFIT has been designed for high school students in years 7-12. Students will learn how to

Class structure includes a warm up followed by a period of instruction, revision and technique evaluation. The class then moves into the circuit session proper after which an educational, yet physical, challenge concludes the class prior to a full coach led warm down.

strengthFIT has been designed as a dedicated resistance training session for students of all ages. With a coach to student ratio of 1:6 this class focuses on the instruction and development of the students strength training using suitable levels of resistance (weights). Each session will develop the strength of the student through the use of free weights whilst under the watchful eye of a coach.

boxFIT is a boxing based class that will have the student learning correct boxing and sparring technique under the guidance of our qualified coaches. The student will receive a full cardio workout whilst developing the discipline and technique required in boxing. 

runFIT is designed for the student who wishes to improve in the area of middle to long distance running. The class has two sessions per week.  It incorporates a gym based strength and conditioning component on a weeknight as well as outdoor skills sessions which will include running. Trail runs and cross country type sessions will form part of this program. Our highly qualified coach can also design programs for the individual if desired.
